1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of PS Visa Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
PS Visa Co., Ltd. provides visa consulting and immigration assistance services. We act as an intermediary to help clients prepare and submit visa applications. We do not guarantee visa approval, as final decisions rest with the relevant government authorities.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation required for their visa application. The Company is not liable for delays or rejections resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the client.
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are agreed upon during the initial consultation and confirmed in writing before services commence. Government fees and third-party costs are separate from our service fees and are the client's responsibility.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PS Visa Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the outcome of visa applications.
6. Governing Law (Thailand)
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
